I miss traditional uniforms. Back in the day, you grew up dreaming of wearing your favorite teams colors. Now they're basically a bunch of "hired" mercenaries. They don't give a rats ass about tradition, and school colors. They just want the bling. You have to have fancy schmancy to draw them in.
I wonder if there are any local kids who grew up wanting to wear the traditional old school uni and are disappointed with the nike crap.
I pray to God, when and if I ever get to cross off "a game in lincoln" from the bucket list, that they are wearing the traditional uniforms. And not some godawful crap.

I suspect whoever the "genius" is coming up with this sh.t, didn't grow up as a nebraska fan throwing oranges on the field.
