I never understood why a relief pitcher warms up in the bullpen, and warms up again on the mound. NEW RULE----60 seconds from the call to the first pitch. That saves 15-30 minutes a game right there.

Totally agree. I said this in other thread. It's ridiculous how much time some of these guys take when they get in a little trouble.
