But some popular websites won’t take paid entries from residents of Washington or other states with bans or unclear status, including Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana and Montana.

Gimme a break. so a man has to carry that around the rest of his life, mark felony on every application, give up his right to carry a gun, hunt, vote, date potentially (if his potential girlfriend is researching his criminal history)... because he played fantasy sports?

        Go fck yourself.

Line em up and shoot em.

The laws in this country are insane. If it weren't so damn cold (Not that minnesota isn't) I would consider moving to Canada.

        Free country my ass.

I don't think it's technically illegal in AZ Stevo. FanDuel just decided to cut off AZ, IA, LA and MT because those states may be challenging the legality of fantasy sports per their state constitutions and at this point they want to appear squeaky clean and in line with all state laws and the UIGEA. With Washington it's a bit more clear cut.

BTW here's a link to my latest article on Fantasy Sports

You are right Hartley. Should of just said no to here in AZ because however u look at it its gambling. They won't let u sign up with AZ residence.

            Thx for link

But a guy can go lose his entire pay check on pull tabs. That's fine.

A guy can go get fleeced by the horse track. That's fine.

A guy can go to the gas station and play lotto, with less than a 50% payback. That's fine.

The horse track can make a profit off degenerate gamblers, but if a bookie does it. It's a felony.

I can't stand the double standards.
