  • Championship Sunday

    Sun 1/18 301 Green Bay Packers +7.5 -120 +269 Over 46.5 -105
    12:05 PM 302 Seattle Seahawks -7.5 +109 -305 Under 46.5 -105
    Sun 1/18 303 Indianapolis Colts +6.5 -108 +225 Over 54 +105
    03:40 PM 304 New England Patriots -6.5 -102 -253 Under 54 -116

I know I am an idiot, but I am stunned by some of these numbers. There is no way that the colts beat the pats. None, zero, yet they are less than a touchdown underdog and +225. I think there is a very good chance that the Packers win and they are over a 7 point underdog.

Fade away, but give me the Packers plus, Packers ML and Pats minus.

Lucky is going to the Super Bowl. Brady sucked out against the Ravens. 0 running game. Nothing special or frightening about that offense. Brady licked Lucky last year. This time Lucky makes it a hustle double by basically retiring Brady after retiring Peyton. New generation takes over. Russy Wilson and Lucky Super.

falling behind by 14 twice put the patriots running game on the counter, never mind the back burner. that and anemic yards when they did try it on the ground. mcdaniels had to reach deep into his bag of trick plays to get back in the game and pull it off.

all the money on the pats yet line dropped, have to wonder.

with the elements looking worse, the pats need to establish the run early or it will be a long day for them. still i gotta stick with brady to squeak one out, he knows this may be his last grasp for one last ring.

Brady hasn't done it since 2004. Like Tiger, his aura of invincibility is gone. Now I had the Lions and Boys and got fucked in the ass by Goodell consecutive Sundays so maybe that will happen again for the trifecta but Lucky is definitely a live dog. Foolish talk to say the Patriots are a lock. I like Karol as well but no way they are a lock with Mr Rodgers slinging the rock even if he does have a limp in his giddy up.

Agree with Nino. He just couldnt get out of pocket last game. Dangerous vs Seattle.

All I did was open a ml parlay though.

Maybe a few props for fun also.

and no mention of Indy's vaunted running attack?

For the season, NE #18 at 107.9 yds per game rushing

Indy #22 at 100.8 yds per game rushing.

However, avg rushing yds can be misleading. Just as teams that trail tend to have more passing yards in garbage time, teams that are often leading run the ball more in garbage time. There is probably plenty of garbage time rushing yardage in both teams avg.

Don't know where this is from. Raiders posted it.

GREEN BAY—Aaron Rodgers characterized the status of his leg injury as being “about the same as last week.” Rodgers offered that assessment during a press conference at Lambeau Field on Wednesday, and added that he feels “pretty similar” to how he felt a week ago.
Considering his performance in a come-from-behind, 26-21 win over the Cowboys on Sunday, no news might be good news.
“It’s just a matter of playing within your limits. I’ve been pretty smart about it. I haven’t caused a lot of extra damage,” Rodgers said when asked to give his thoughts on playing with a left calf injury that, at times, has effectively made him a one-legged quarterback. It was on one leg that he threw his first touchdown pass in the win over the Cowboys.
Rodgers was interviewed by a large contingent of reporters, many of them of national brand, and one of the prominent questions he was asked involved the failure to throw at Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman in the Week 1 game between the two teams.
“I plan to throw it to the open guy. That’s the way I’ve played for a number of years. I’ll go through my progressions and play the way I’ve always played,” he said.
“It’s important to throw it to the right and to the left a little,” he added when pressed further on the subject.

I don't think either team's running game will have much of an impact. Maybe a few key 3rd and 1's. Lucky vs Brady and I like my chances. What I meant about 0 running for the Patriots is they abandoned it completely and the Ravens couldn't capitalize with the pass rush.

Boy was I wrong. Russell Wilson sure didn't show up today. They said it's the first time in 82 games, including college, that he hasn't had the lead. That seems hard to believe
