Question pertaining to Play #3 and apologies if this has already been covered and I missed it, are we allowed to buy a half-point or no? In other words, with 56 being a key number as a multiple of seven for totals, could I go 'under' 56 and add 10% juice to make it -125 (that probably makes things complicated, no big deal but if others are doing it, just wanted to know - thanks!)
